Crossbow is a 100% Nigerian shareholding company that was established and capitalised by a group of experienced oilfield investors with the objective of being a supplier of products and services to the oil and gas companies operating in the country. The company is fully compliant with the Nigerian Local Content Law.
We have received third party anti-bribery compliance certification and training from TRACE International (www.traceinternational.org). Through a combination of Nigerian and expatriate management, the company has managed to remain successfully committed to working following international technical and ethical standards.
The shareholders of Crossbow are three Nigerian companies: Ama Infrastructure & Investment Holdings Ltd (53%), Ebor GMax Sub-Sahara Investments Limited (40%), SLK & D Family Office Ltd (2%) and three individuals (5%).
The business had the support of Late Dr. Rilwanu Lukman who had a distinguished career in the international oil industry, including being Secretary General of OPEC and Nigerian Petroleum Minister under four different administrations.
Crossbow main office is located in Lagos, Lekki phase one, in close vicinity to all the International Oil Companies. Our main operations office and warehouse is located in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. Our Liquid Mud Plant is located at the FOT (Federal Ocean Terminal) in Onne, this facility has the best access for the oilfield supply vessels servicing the offshore drilling rigs.
